We make every effort to make our scripts and software compatible. Please note that script installations requires knowledge of PHP and some MySQL. We do not give support for script installation on a Localhost as there are to many unknown settings for a localhost environment.

All of our scripts and software have been tested on many hosting and window environments.

Once a script or software is sent we do not give refunds for digital items as we cannot stop a person from stealing them.

We make every effort to help with installations, however if it's something as simple as one not reading the instructions provided we will not give support. We keep our prices low to keep our clients happy. However there are those few who like to cheat and abuse our services so please keep in mind before you contact us for support that you have a clean fresh copy installed with any permissions needed. We will not give support for modified version in any way.

Our Software and Scripts are copyrighted and although you are allowed to modify our scripts to contour to your website, it is illegal to resell them. We provide resellable versions at a low cost. Please contact us in the event you would like resell right.

We would love to help modify our scripts to everyone's needs, however this is not cost effective. We sell our scripts at a very reasonable price and would like to keep it like that in the future for others. Should you need modifications or merging of scripts we recommend seeking a PHP programmer by posting an ad on craigslist.

Foreign purchases
Please note our software is not written in a foreign language and may not work on a Windows environment, such as in Chinese.

Paypal eChecks
Please note that eChecks can take up to ten days in some circumstances and we have no control over Paypals timeframe for processing. We do not send software or scripts until clearance.

Website - Demos, Examples, Test Versions, Trials

Demos: A demo can be a partial functioning website script or software that functions only part of the way. An example is our Members Demo. Some of the functions have been disabled to prevent hackers from uploading files.

Examples: Can be an Image of what the product looks like.

Test Versions: Usually these are scripts to see if they are compatible with your server hosting company.

Trails: Usually software related, meaning you can test it to see if you like it for a limited time.

If you are not sure about making a purchase or whether or not something will work on your computer or server, just ask us, send us an email we will do what we can to make sure the product will work for you before you make the purchase, again digital items are non-refundable. We will be happy to exchange it for a different product with the same value pending we are sure that this product is not compatible with your system(s).
